Non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pumps.

Zhejiang Jiabo Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd. supplies the CDL/CDLF vertical multistage range with a standard vertical motor and a cartridge-style mechanical seal for convenient replacement. The range covers duties from mains water to compatible industrial liquids across different temperature, flow and pressure requirements. CDL is intended for non-corrosive liquids; CDLF uses stainless-steel wetted components for mildly corrosive liquids. Confirm whether 304 or 316 stainless steel is required for the application.

Applications

Where CDL/CDLF may be used.

  • Water supply: treatment-plant filtration and transfer, distribution zones, main-line boosting and high-rise building pressure boosting.
  • Industrial boosting: process-water systems, washing systems, high-pressure cleaning and fire-protection systems.
  • Industrial liquid transfer: cooling and air-conditioning systems, boiler feed and condensate systems, machine-tool support, and compatible acid or alkali service.
  • Water treatment: ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, distillation, separation systems and swimming pools.
  • Irrigation: farmland irrigation, sprinkler systems and drip irrigation.

Permitted liquids

Clean, thin liquids without fibres.

  • Non-flammable and non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibres.
  • Examples include mineral water, softened water, purified water, clean oil and compatible light-chemical liquids.
  • Liquids with density or viscosity above water may require a higher-power motor.
  • Compatibility depends particularly on chloride content, pH, temperature, solvents and oil content.

Performance-curve basis

How the published values were measured.

  1. Curves are based on constant motor speed, normally 2,900 r/min; the largest listed frames use 2,950 r/min.
  2. Curve tolerances follow ISO 9906, Annex A, as stated in the supplied description.
  3. Tests use air-free water at 20°C with a kinematic viscosity of 1 mm²/s.
  4. Operate within the approved performance range to avoid overheating at very low flow or motor overload at excessive flow.
